Tammi Salas is a Sober. Dignified. Creative. Woman.
She is a painter, diligent list-maker, certified gray area drinking coach and Art4Healing facilitator. She once co-hosted the wildly popular Unruffled Podcast, a pod that explored the intersection between creativity and recovery. Currently, she is the Ringleader behind the weekly online creative salon, the Ray of Light Community. She makes art every single day and documents her forays, sobriety milestones and creative offerings on her website, Instagram + Substack. She lives in Northern California and daydreams about moving to Paris one day.
