I am Tammi Salas—a sober, dignified, creative, woman. 

My last drink was on Groundhog Day 2015. I’m approaching 10 years of continuous sobriety this year.

After 20+ years in a small coastal town in Northern California (population 950), I have relocated to Oakland, CA + live with my fella. I have a home studio + love it here..

I am a member of Moonflower Studio, a vibrant artist co-op made up of nine incredible female artists in Berkeley, CA.

I went back to college at age 44 and declared art as my major. 

I am a certified Gray Area Drinking Coach.

I am a certified Art 4 Healing Facilitator.

I founded the Ray of Light Community in 2021.

In December 2023, I joined forces with Corinne Bowen + now we both co-lead the Ray of Light Community in tandem.

I create art every day and credit this practice as the path to my spiritual overhaul + spiritual re-awakening.

I am an empty nester. My son is a senior in college, as well as a very talented artist and surfer.

I hold space for women who have creative longings in my Ray of Light membership community—we are seekers and dreamers, mid-lifers going through the thick of things (together).

I teach online courses for women.

I lead weekly recovery meetings over at The Luckiest Club. 

I work with women one-on-one through my coaching practice to help them embrace creativity. I will be re-opening my calendar for one-on-one work on April 1, 2025.
