Welcome!
I am Tammi Salas—a sober, dignified, creative, woman. My last drink was on Groundhog Day 2015. I have 11 years of continuous sobriety.
After 20+ years in a small coastal town in Northern California (population 950), I moved to Oakland, CA to live with my mid-life love and his three cats. They are barely tolerating this change.
In 2015, at the age of 44, I went back to college and declared art as my major.
I am a currently a member of an all-female artist co-op, Moonflower Studio, in Berkeley, CA.
I am a certified Gray Area Drinking Coach, as well as a certified Art 4 Healing Facilitator. I co-founded and co-lead
The Focus Circle Sessions with Corinne Bowen. I am living proof that you can create a life you no longer wish to escape from.
My current offerings:
I lead sober supported travel adventures around the world. Learn more here.
I hold space for people in thrice weekly Focus Circle Sessions, along with Corinne Bowen. We body-double to help members accomplish their daily goals, gain life force energy, eat “death cookies” and support one another by showing up, taking up space + stepping away from the seductive shimmer of our phones. We help members move towards their dharma.
I also create original mixed media art - available in my shop.
I lead weekly recovery meetings + help facilitate sober courses at The Luckiest Club.
I offer 1:1 creative consulting “power hours” and work with women who are looking to start their own creative empire! I am happy to schedule one-time brainstorming sessions or block out times for a few sessions for larger projects you’d like guidance with. You can book a session with me here.
“CURIOSITY is my compass.”
